Love the products with extensive range of colours to choose from. Excellent customer service from informed staff at both the Chiswick and Tottenham Court Road branches. Delivery very timely. Futon so comfy and the side tables are lovely.

Exeter branch: Brilliant service. Aimee in particular was SO patient with me changing my mind (a few times!). She is a credit to the company. Product wise, such a wide variety of choice and excellent quality.

Staff members in Leeds are all very helpful. We called in Leeds branch, last weekend. We were assisted by Chelz, who has excellent customer service skills. Ordered 2 matching lamps from Brighton store as only 1 in store - was advised delivery turnaround time and I was kept informed of progress. Lamps turned up on time and look fabulous, really good quality

I've just remembered, ????, we divided the customer service and delivery with a courier, customer service was clearly an equal split between light and heavy work, on the bright side, this friendly service are ready with bags if needs be, some items are easier to negotiate, home, in small bags, overall...
