Easy site to order from, lovely ladder bookshelf in real wood, had £20 off at time of purchase. Easy assembly took about an hour for one person, would have been quicker with two. I bought a sofa bed and suratto chest of drawers. I had issues with the build of the drawers and raised this with the Norwich shop. They arranged for someone to come and resolve the problems I was having. Excellent customer service.

I only bought some replacement parts for a Futon, but they were easy to find on the website, easy to order and came quickly. I thought the price, including P&P was reasonable. The Futon is now back in action - with some additional spares, just in case!
