I only bought some replacement parts for a Futon, but they were easy to find on the website, easy to order and came quickly. I thought the price, including P&P was reasonable. The Futon is now back in action - with some additional spares, just in case!

Lovely folding mattress , excellent design features such as the Velcro tabs and such nice material! Well made and sturdy design. I haven’t tested it yet but it looks and feels comfortable. Could double up as extra seating like a pouffe!

I bought a small oak table which is perfect for our small house. However, we are both elderly persons and I was worried about assembling and lifting it. I bought a dining table and chairs from the Futon Company and was very impressed so I went back to them for bedside tables and a ladder shelf. Really sturdy and look great. Took a few hours to put all three together but no drama. Would recommend

Very helpful in the shop and if I had read the instructions properly easy to put together. It is heavy and I would suggest two people but I did it alone and I’m a 67 year old woman 5ft 2 and 9.5stone.

Was given useful advice on choosing my futon by the very helpful person in Edinburgh branch. Futon arrived well within the expected timescale of up to 3 weeks and is lovely. A great quality item already been tested and enjoyed.Would highly recommend as a single futon bed .
