The item arrived from the warehouse, with a broken part. I phoned my local store and as,they had an unopened one in stock, we exchanged the part. This saved the hassle of posting the whole piece of furniture back and meant I didn’t have to wait for a replacement.

Products are truly spot on and lovely. The only thing I would ask is that there were spare covers for the futons, whether small or large. covers would be good...Spot the dog would appreciate muchly

Always enjoyed the Futon Company's products. We have several pieces of bedroom furniture that simply look fantastic.
They are pricier but then you're getting something made of solid wood that will last forever if you take care with it.
Assembly is simple enough. Majority of work is already done before...
