It’s great to be able to see the range of furniture that futon offer in actual shops. Love the simple designs and functionality of the range. Well made. Useful pieces at very affordable prices. The products are minimalist and functional, with small details thoughtfully considered. I got a tatami mat for yoga, a shelf for the hallway, a frame for my poster and even a hot water bottle with fleece—but there’s so much more! These are seriously quality pieces of furniture. Lovely wood with a great sheen and the two different styles really complement each other. Easy to assemble and they look fantastic in a small space. Was pleased that the delivery was smooth and as stated, which is so often not the case with buying furniture....

Excellent , knowledgeable and friendly service at the Bristol shop. Lovely two seater sofa which easily converts into single bed. Very comfortable!
To put it together though was a nightmare….

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.
