Futon were very good when I ordered the wrong size Tatami mattress. They came and collected it and delivered the right size, which I paid separately for, I am now just awaiting my refund.

We have very sepcific requirement for our bed, we want a lower bed, no head or end board, with storage room underneath, also we don't like soft mattress. We bought 2 tables from the Leeds shop and took 1 back to the Edgbaston shop. The staff at both were very helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again or to recommend them to others - 5* service ????

What made my experience great? In a word Catherine! Went to the Kingston store on the 22nd October, she was helpful, kind and professional. Had to check I'd be able to get someone to assemble before buying, she printed out the potential bill then helped me later over the phone ,to pay (elderly technophobe!)...

Items brought were generally good quality. Where there was a slight fault with one item. The store staff were responsive and helpful to resolve the issue.

The staff who delivered the futon and assembled it was very efficient and involved me in the process of converting it from sofa to bed ensuring I understood the correct procedure

Love the designs and perfect quality! Always wait for a clearance sale to get fair prices (otherwise its an expensive brand). You can purchase at stores and ask to ship home - which is awesome bc you get to try the furniture before buying (and help the local stores to stay in business).
