The staff! They are so helpful and friendly.... but of course the products are so good, its hard to reach a decision. I had a 'putting together' glitch, which was fairly simple in the end but took a bit of time because the ordering time for delivery is on a weekly basis. Very pleased with the result...

Really helpful staff member, Jane, at the Ringwood branch. Went out of her way to work out some measurements for me. Delivery was easy and the delivery guys put the items exactly where I needed them. Item was sturdy, easy to put together and well made.

From the very start I was impressed with the friendly and informative sale. I requested a home delivery, no problems what so ever, contact made and delivery spot on. Very helpful person in the Edinburgh arranged our order and the complicated delivery and the futon when it arrived was very good quality and looks great. Nobody has slept on it yet!
