Order the Moonrise King sized bed. Came in a large box (that will just about fit in a normal sized car), it was straightforward to assemble with 2 people. Attended the Kingston Shop. Staff attentive but not overbearing and very helpful. Particularly Jonathan who went the extra mile ( almost literally) with helping getting the item to our car when we collected.

We bought 2 tables from the Leeds shop and took 1 back to the Edgbaston shop. The staff at both were very helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again or to recommend them to others - 5* service ????

Great service. The staff in Preston Street in Brighton were great ane a real help. Kept me informed of my order and very helpful on the day of pick up from the shop. The product was easy to build and i was really impressed with the quality of materials used and workmanship. Highly recommend.

What made my experience great? In a word Catherine! Went to the Kingston store on the 22nd October, she was helpful, kind and professional. Had to check I'd be able to get someone to assemble before buying, she printed out the potential bill then helped me later over the phone ,to pay (elderly technophobe!)...

I bought a washing basket but unfortunately the stitches were loose . I have emailed customer service and they sorted out quickly. Hopefully the replacement will be fine as I really like it and it fit perfectly in my laundry room
