Adam answered every possible question for a variety of products amd helped us find exactly what we needed.

Gorgeous round table. Perfect size for my conservatory and good quality oak. Looks brilliant and very practical. So many dining tables are huge but this one is perfect for one or two people and would still seat 4 if necessary. Very easy to put together and delivered promptly

The two delivery assistants were very helpful and worked well as a team. They had good manners.
If I order from Futon Company in the future I hope the staff will be as good as these two(!)

Bought a bed in a bag and carried it across London on the bus..surprisingly lightweight. So I was very pleased that the mattress is very comfortable so definitely good for my granddaughter staying over, and I might use it myself at a festival or two . ????

After much searching for a table to fit our kitchen that also expands we chose the Delta table with 4 Oak Pass chairs. It took quite a while to assemble everything and needs 2 people as table is solid and heavy. But once ready it is a joy, looks so stylish, excellent quality and seats 4 people easily,...

Great experience in the shop, all explained and demonstrated
Delivery was exceptional as had to rearrange but the guys were at our door at 07:30 on delivery day

The two items when looked at in the shop in Tunbridge Wells were excellent quality and so we bought them.

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.

Staff at the Plymouth Futon Shop couldn't have been more helpful in helping me to choose the Futon that was right for me. Delivery was also straightforward - I was able to change the date by simply sending a text and my Futon arrived next day! I have to say, I would have liked the assembly instructions...
