Futon were very good when I ordered the wrong size Tatami mattress. They came and collected it and delivered the right size, which I paid separately for, I am now just awaiting my refund.

I bought the Cosy - 3 - Seater Sofa Bed Rubberwood (Soft Top) in the sale. It is principally to be used as a bed in my spare bedroom for when my adult kids visit. Lovely small tables, look well made. Solid wood and quite heavy. Well packed.
It was easy to change the delivery date with the delivery company and tables arrived on the correct day.

Really lovely shop with knowledgeable friendly staff. Adam helped us choose a lovely futon for our new barn. Lots of stylisg little home bits and bobs too to buy.

Had a problem with Futon, popped into store, sent some Photos replacement authorised very quickly.
Replacement arrived within a few days.
The team at York were brilliant as they always are.

Ordered on line which was very straight forward. The delivery was quick and securely wrapped . Delighted with the step up stool very neat and ticks away in a corner but very helpful for those higher kitchen shelves .
