Humans answer the phone.no musak. Muswell Hill branch - very efficient and friendly. I needed new covers for my sofa bed and was able to ring up and order, and they arrived a few days later as promised. The covers have completely transformed the sofa and I’m very pleased. Thank you

The customer service at The Futon Company in Edinburgh has always been fantastic. I was struggling with back pain from an expensive mattress, but after purchasing one of their futons with a firm side, I've noticed a significant improvement.
