Small household item ordered from Exeter store for London branch due to no in stock in their store at the time. Ordered efficiently with great customer focus and a picked up in London no problem. Battersea store was really helpful when I had difficulties with my phone. Again great customer service....

Excellent in store & over the phone service by professional and courteous staff. The day bed arrived on schedule, well packaged and all parts enclosed. I was able to put it up myself in 20 minutes. Looks lovely in the room.

Service in the Leeds store was, as usual, exemplary.
The delivery was delayed but I was kept informed and the alternative date was achieved on time.
The construction was challenging but the result perfect.

Bought a ladder dressing table, which is great quality and is really well designed for a small space. There was a slight defect with the mirror and customer services (Rosie) couldn’t have been more helpful. Sent a replacement out really swiftly and so all resolved very quickly.

Long wait between order and collection but on collection I have found the products to be well but simply packaged, easy to assemble and sturdy pieces of furniture. Simple and practical

Futon could keep the furniture in storage until I was ready to receive it. They added an additional piece of furniture over the phone and sent link for payment instantly. The quality of the items delivered were excellent and the instructions to build them were clear. Delivery service was very good....
