Great customer service at the Sheffield store and online, delivery communication also very good. The bed is really nice and looks fab in the space. We added the long bolster, which looks great, but bought in store so we could see the colours better.

The service at the futon company was great.
In the delivery process one of the item was missing. When I required about it the staff was so good that they dispatched the item without any problems.

We purchased an Oak Vienna Futon with accessories from the Solihull Branch, and can honestly say we had the best help and guidance from Tes. I saw a Futon ad on an aircraft magazine, returning from holiday. Previously, I'd only associated Futon with beds 40 years ago. My small office/study was going to have traditional fixed wall-mounted shelves but Futon's free-standing ladder style shelves, drawers and cabinet shelves are far superior...

I was so pleased that the narrow little chest of drawers was ready assembled. It fits so well into my bathroom and is so useful. The oak sofa desk with a drawer is beautiful, more stylish and practical than a side table, and the perfect height. I love it!

Small improvement: being able to chose the delivery date would be real helpful for furniture.

Great customer service
Bought the trundle bed in February and couple of niggles were resolved by Prisca in customer support with great patience - she is a really good ambassador for the company. I am very pleased with the trundle bed: it is perfect for our extremely small spare room for 2 of the grandchildren...
