We went to the Sheffield branch so we could try the sofas before purchasing. Vivienne was very helpful and informed us if all the information we needed. We went home and made our order. Easy to order - easy to pick up and a very helpful shop assistant in the shop at Guildford. Love the futon cover and cushions - has revived our very old futon!
