The futon shop was small but well laid out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Information, delivery change of fabric and extras all explained clearly and honestly. The customer service at The Futon Company in Edinburgh has always been fantastic. I was struggling with back pain from an expensive mattress, but after purchasing one of their futons with a firm side, I've noticed a significant improvement.
