Humans answer the phone.no musak. Once the phone was not answered but it was end of day and they got back to me with an email within hours (IE out of hours technically)offering to hear more about (a delivery potential snafu mostly me not understanding terms like dispatch etc). Futon manufacture very good quality units and furniture. They are easily assembled and instructions and fittings well worked out and included.

Beautifully made furniture items at reasonable prices. Easy to order. Fast despatch. Have used the company before & i often check out the website for inspiration or offers. Bought oak desk & ladder unit for home office & ladder unit, floating shelves for summerhouse.

Initially a small piece of wood arrived broken. Having phoned the company when we unpacked our purchase they responded immediately. A replacement arrived within 2 days…. Amazing & customer service so helpful.

Ordering and delivery of the bed base from the Futon Company was straightforward and efficient. The bedbase itself is exactly what I was looking for- simple design and good quality.
