Prompt dispatch and delivery of items. Both the four tray oak caddy and the free-standing loo roll holder were easy to put together and look great in our new downstairs loo. Solid-feeling with a decent heft to them, very happy with my purchase and the service from Futon Co.

Communication and delivery were both very good.
Unfortunately I had to return the side tables, one was slightly damaged & they didn't really fit our space.
The return process was quick & easy, the money was back in my account 2 days after it was picked up.

Charley from the Plymouth store was so helpful, she went above and beyond when I purchased a desk off the sales floor, as I wasn’t from the area she packaged it up for me while I arranged a courier. Beautiful piece of furniture. Well made and solid oak. Delivered when said and to room requested. No difficulties assembling. Very comfortable as sofa and bed. Happy customer. Sofa not in sale but worth it as will last for years. Would recommend.

We recently bought two Butterfly Folding Chairs from Futon Company and we absolutely love them.
They’re incredibly comfortable and spacious, making them perfect for relaxing in our terrace. We also love how easy they are to move around, so we can follow the sun or switch to the shade whenever we like....
