Excellent packaging keeping bed components safe. All the screws and plugs were accounted for .Visual instructions easily follow able. Less than an afternoon to construct.

Buying and collection worked well. The three leg side table was value at £25 but needed the legs to be rubbed down and revarnished. At full price the side table would have been returned.

We ordered a Futon 5 shelf ladder stand after seeing our daughter’s. It is well made and finished and puts together easily. All the tools needed are included. It did take a while to arrive but we were told that on the online order form so we can’t mark it down for that - in fact it arrived before...

Prompt dispatch and delivery of items. Both the four tray oak caddy and the free-standing loo roll holder were easy to put together and look great in our new downstairs loo. Solid-feeling with a decent heft to them, very happy with my purchase and the service from Futon Co.

I was kept informed by email at each stage of my order and on the final email on dispatch I was given the tracking number so I could see where my order was. What fine experience to deal with the Futon complex from start to finish: it was easy… to find what I needed on the easy-to-navigate website…to place the order…to keep track of the delivery. The products are excellent quality and easy to assemble. Would I order again? Absolutely definitely yes....

Communication and delivery were both very good.
Unfortunately I had to return the side tables, one was slightly damaged & they didn't really fit our space.
The return process was quick & easy, the money was back in my account 2 days after it was picked up.

Absolutely great. Thrilled to bits as I have been looking for another plant manger to match the one bought years ago. It was no dearer than my first purchase and delivery free and next day.
