Went to the Finchley road store: The staff were great, very helpful in showing me the way to the loading bay out back and loading my car up, the furniture is great, I love my new bed, the price is great. Literally no complaints I love it

I bought an outdoor day bed for our garden in the sale. The staff in the Cambridge shop were really helpful and friendly.
The wooden bench part is really sturdy and the foam cushion is soooo comfy and thick. I honestly wish I’d bought it last summer.

Service in the Leeds store was, as usual, exemplary.
The delivery was delayed but I was kept informed and the alternative date was achieved on time.
The construction was challenging but the result perfect.

The coffee table suits the rest of the furniture in the room, is useful and attractive, made of good quality wood. It arrived when promised, a heavy parcel. As it is self-assembly, we had to wait for our competent son to come and put it together. Now we are enjoying the table!

From the very start I was impressed with the friendly and informative sale. I requested a home delivery, no problems what so ever, contact made and delivery spot on. Bought a ladder dressing table, which is great quality and is really well designed for a small space. There was a slight defect with the mirror and customer services (Rosie) couldn’t have been more helpful. Sent a replacement out really swiftly and so all resolved very quickly.

I've just remembered, ????, we divided the customer service and delivery with a courier, customer service was clearly an equal split between light and heavy work, on the bright side, this friendly service are ready with bags if needs be, some items are easier to negotiate, home, in small bags, overall...
