Humans answer the phone.no musak. Once the phone was not answered but it was end of day and they got back to me with an email within hours (IE out of hours technically)offering to hear more about (a delivery potential snafu mostly me not understanding terms like dispatch etc). Fantastic product - needed a desk on my son’s room but had no space to fit one. Found these and bought two!! One to act as a monitor / Xbox / gaming stand for his driving rig and the second to act as a proper desk for homework etc. beautifully finished and very easy to erect. .
