Cannot fault this Company. Very efficient, delivery within a few days. Kept up to date with time etc. The product we ordered is very high quality, we were so impressed we ordered two more. (Sleepover single futon fold up bed). Very competitively priced too. We can highly recommend.

We took delivery of the Rondo Single Seater sofa bed this week- a beautifully made piece of furniture but struggled to put it together- a combination of us not being very practical and instructions that were not very clear. Excellent , knowledgeable and friendly service at the Bristol shop. Lovely two seater sofa which easily converts into single bed. Very comfortable!

Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

The purchase online was easy to achieve. Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar. Great product. Finally a sofa bed that's comfy as a sofa and a bed. Build quality seems good so far (1 month in). I have it permanently with one arm down like a day-bed, super comfy to lounge on and decent occasional bed option for guests.
