Advice in shop was very good and staff very friendly.
Delivery company telephoned to check availability for delivery, then delivered when agreed. They put the futon in the room we requested.

My 70+ family members loved this tatami, we've bought three to make it a slightly bigger super king size, and put on a 10cm thick foam mattress topper and it went like the best night they ever had, one of them have serious scoliosis. Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

Ordered online for pick up at Leeds store. Very easy to park in front of the shop for 20 mins pick up. Helpful staff carried purchase to car. Easy assembly of unit. Delighted with unit.Thank you

Good value and quality product. Easy to order online and collect in store. Store staff very helpful. Installation a little fiddly but overall no issues. Very comfy sofa.

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.

Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar. Shame really as I think I’d have had a house full of their stuff. Still water under the bridge and nice staff now working...
