Riikka was very helpful.and informative in the East Sheen store and instilled confidence in the Trundle bed and futon sets we bought. Follow up process was smooth and quick, and the two man delivery team were also exceptionally efficient.

Ordering and delivery of the bed base from the Futon Company was straightforward and efficient. The bedbase itself is exactly what I was looking for- simple design and good quality.

Futon has become my favourite furniture store. Items are lovely and designed for small spaces and the staff are the Chiswick brand is friendly and very helpful.
