I only bought some replacement parts for a Futon, but they were easy to find on the website, easy to order and came quickly. I thought the price, including P&P was reasonable. The Futon is now back in action - with some additional spares, just in case!

This was my first time in the store and the staff were so helpful and full of smiles. It was Griffyn's first week and what a lovely chap and asset to the store he is. Ordered from the shop, quick and easy. Delivery was prompt and goods were well protected and arrived undamaged. Delivery was £12.50. Very reasonable.

The furniture is beautifully made, and although it's not as cheap as some others, we feel that we've bought something that will last, and stay attractive.
The staff in the shop were helpful in letting us see exactly what we wanted, including how it opened, and gave us the time we needed to make a decision....

Love my furniture that I bought from the futon shop. I found it a bit of a challenge putting it together but I got help and it was fine????.

Great quality product (2 Seater Sofa Bed) and exactly what we wanted having researched alternatives.
Very helpful staff in reviewing configuration options (appreciated the flexibility) and a well stocked showroom to help visualise. Ordering and delivery all very smooth. Delighted all round.

Excellent delivery service. Called a few days ahead to schedule a convenient time. Delivery drivers were friendly and professional.
Item (futon chair) is good quality and solid. Should last a lifetime.
