Always excellent service at the Futon Company. Ordered online and collected at store everything was ready without any fuss. And it was but one get one half price. I’ve shopped there for years in Norwich and I will probably shop there for years to come too.

Great experience in the shop, all explained and demonstrated
Delivery was exceptional as had to rearrange but the guys were at our door at 07:30 on delivery day
If I had the need I would buy more!

Excellent , knowledgeable and friendly service at the Bristol shop. Lovely two seater sofa which easily converts into single bed. Very comfortable!
To put it together though was a nightmare….

Staff at the Plymouth Futon Shop couldn't have been more helpful in helping me to choose the Futon that was right for me. Delivery was also straightforward - I was able to change the date by simply sending a text and my Futon arrived next day! I have to say, I would have liked the assembly instructions...

Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

The two items when looked at in the shop in Tunbridge Wells were excellent quality and so we bought them.
They arrived quite soon, with great communication.
Sadly a part of one was damaged, so I contacted the company on the phone. The service was excellent with the lady I spoke with. I'd even go as far...

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.
