The girls at the Plymouth branch are really helpful and friendly. The table, bookshelves and futon we have purchased over the past two years are very good quality and very reasonably priced. Very impressed overall.

Futon could keep the furniture in storage until I was ready to receive it. They added an additional piece of furniture over the phone and sent link for payment instantly. The quality of the items delivered were excellent and the instructions to build them were clear. Delivery service was very good....

This is the first time I have used this company to order from and I was pleasently surprised. I was kept informed by email at each stage of my order and on the final email on dispatch I was given the tracking number so I could see where my order was. Great company and great sofa bed. The oke 2 seater sofa bed is comfy, looks brilliant and is fantastic quality. Assembly was not difficult as the instructions were clear. The only thing I will mention is that the sofa bed is heavy to move but that is because it is solid oak. They emailed care and guidance...

Charley from the Plymouth store was so helpful, she went above and beyond when I purchased a desk off the sales floor, as I wasn’t from the area she packaged it up for me while I arranged a courier. It was being picked up the next day early, and she even came in on her day off going above and beyond...
