Staff in Leeds shop extremely helpful. Definitely people people. Quality of items good. Delivery was good. The process was easy. The delivery person also gave good service. Assembling the items was also easy with very clear instructions and all parts labelled clearly.

Really helpful staff member, Jane, at the Ringwood branch. Went out of her way to work out some measurements for me. Delivery was easy and the delivery guys put the items exactly where I needed them. Item was sturdy, easy to put together and well made.

Great customer service and delivery.
Like the design, material as well the practical side: the table does not occupy lot of space, but can be extended to 170cm and accommodate up to eight people. Not heavy to move around.

I've just remembered, ????, we divided the customer service and delivery with a courier, customer service was clearly an equal split between light and heavy work, on the bright side, this friendly service are ready with bags if needs be, some items are easier to negotiate, home, in small bags, overall...
