Rosie in the Guildford store is brilliant. I first bought a table and chairs from her last year and have returned to the branch to buy other items many times since. The service is always excellent, all the staff very knowledgable and the products are really good value for money.

Fantastic product - needed a desk on my son’s room but had no space to fit one. Found these and bought two!! One to act as a monitor / Xbox / gaming stand for his driving rig and the second to act as a proper desk for homework etc. beautifully finished and very easy to erect. .

The assistant in the Guildford shop was unobtrusive and very helpful when needed. The chairs I ordered were delivered quickly. I'm very pleased with them.

I bought a sofa bed and suratto chest of drawers. I had issues with the build of the drawers and raised this with the Norwich shop. They arranged for someone to come and resolve the problems I was having. Excellent customer service.

Welll I ordered easily on line, had the goods shipped to a shop where they were ready, wrapped to be taken away. Easy. The staff are very pleasant and efficient.

I only bought some replacement parts for a Futon, but they were easy to find on the website, easy to order and came quickly. I thought the price, including P&P was reasonable. The Futon is now back in action - with some additional spares, just in case!

I made a shortlist online. I then visited the Muswell Hill branch. The friendly staff helped me decide which wardrobe had the best features for my situation. The advantage to ordering in the store was that the staff would manage the delivery. They let me know when it arrived and my spouse collected it...
