Futon were very good when I ordered the wrong size Tatami mattress. They came and collected it and delivered the right size, which I paid separately for, I am now just awaiting my refund.

I can finaly have a deep sleep, nice even and hard enough surface.
Before it was a fight to hew few hours per night, now i need to turn off the alarm. No back or neck pains.

Replacement arrived within a few days.

I have spent god knows how much with the Futon Company over the years. Their items are stylish, sturdy, and of good quality and value. Items brought were generally good quality. Where there was a slight fault with one item. The store staff were responsive and helpful to resolve the issue.
