We visited the Guildford store twice in the last week of November and on both occasions the staff, who were different on both days, were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The products are of interesting design, well made and easy to assemble. First class service.

I bought the Cosy - 3 - Seater Sofa Bed Rubberwood (Soft Top) in the sale. It is principally to be used as a bed in my spare bedroom for when my adult kids visit. Lovely staff at Guildford. Rosie was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The sofa arrived a little later than advised. Also a little more difficult to assemble than advised.
We got there in the end and would suggest a better drawing.

Good quality product, easy to order, but took its time being delivered, considering I am 5 minutes away from the warehouse. It would be perfect if you could pick direct from the warehouse rather than a store.

I have bought two items from Futon; a futon sofa bed and a lamp. I love both of them! The sofa bed looks fabulous, is really comfortable, and fits so well with the rest of my furniture. The staff in both the Plymouth and Guildford branches were so helpful in demonstrating how the sofa went into a bed...

Love the designs and perfect quality! Always wait for a clearance sale to get fair prices (otherwise its an expensive brand). You can purchase at stores and ask to ship home - which is awesome bc you get to try the furniture before buying (and help the local stores to stay in business).
