Have received most helpful advice at your Oxford shop from Justina and colleagues. Items brought were generally good quality. Where there was a slight fault with one item. The store staff were responsive and helpful to resolve the issue.

Very comfy futons, worth getting the upgraded versions. Easy to assemble (even 1 person can do it), easy to transform into beds and back to futons. Friendly and knowledgeable staff in Guildford store.

I love visiting the Futon Company's Tottenham Court Rd store on my lunch break so I was happy to find that ordering with them online was also a positive experience. Items arrived when they're supposed to, items were lovely and of good quality. Thanks!

Fantastic in store experience in Norwich. Staff cheery, helpful and knowledgeable on products. Everything delivered on time and all packaged well. No items damaged or in need of replacing. Delivery company not as enthusiastic but they did what was needed and without issue. Will order again.
