Staff were really helpful. The futon soda beds are comfortable as sofas, haven’t tried sleeping on them yet but the mattress seems good quality and they are certainly big enough and sturdy enough to sleep on. Delivery was flexible and the heavy packages were carried upstairs for us.

There were a few issues with the online order and delivery. These were dealt with by Lisa, store manager at the Edinburgh Lothian road shop.

The products are minimalist and functional, with small details thoughtfully considered. I got a tatami mat for yoga, a shelf for the hallway, a frame for my poster and even a hot water bottle with fleece—but there’s so much more! Definitely worth having a look if you're after beautiful and practical...

These are seriously quality pieces of furniture. Lovely wood with a great sheen and the two different styles really complement each other. Easy to assemble and they look fantastic in a small space. Was pleased that the delivery was smooth and as stated, which is so often not the case with buying furniture....

We took delivery of the Rondo Single Seater sofa bed this week- a beautifully made piece of furniture but struggled to put it together- a combination of us not being very practical and instructions that were not very clear. I bought a Oak Bordeaux folding table. The wood was very good. Also, I think the instructions should have been more detailed because I was a little confused when setting up the table.

Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar.
