We ordered a Futon Vienna sofa bed from the Futon Shop in Chester in early May. Unfortunately it was delivered without instructions 20th May (and the Chester shop had closed down in the meantime). The staff at Futon Tunbridge (Maria and Nicola) were today 25th May invaluable with their telephone advice...

Excellent in store & over the phone service by professional and courteous staff. The day bed arrived on schedule, well packaged and all parts enclosed. I was able to put it up myself in 20 minutes. Looks lovely in the room.

Love the products with extensive range of colours to choose from. Excellent customer service from informed staff at both the Chiswick and Tottenham Court Road branches. Delivery very timely. Futon so comfy and the side tables are lovely.

From the very start I was impressed with the friendly and informative sale. I requested a home delivery, no problems what so ever, contact made and delivery spot on. I visited the store in Plymouth to browse your furniture. The staff were helpful when I asked a question and gave me space to look around on my own. I ordered a piece of furniture and collected it from the store later. I am very pleased with the design and quality of the product.

About 3 years ago bought lovely little set of stacking tables with drawers. They’re still going strong and are in use daily. Couldn’t be without!
