Advice in shop was very good and staff very friendly.
Delivery company telephoned to check availability for delivery, then delivered when agreed. They put the futon in the room we requested.

From ordering through to assembly the experience was good. We collected a double sofa bed from the Plymouth store. The person managing the store helped us load the 40kg box into our camper. I am very pleased with the side table I ordered - it is just what I needed beside the sofa.i am delighted with the quality. Delivery was quick and I was able to assemble the table fairly easily. There was no tracking however or updated delivery communication and the parcel was left outside my door.

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.

Staff at the Plymouth Futon Shop couldn't have been more helpful in helping me to choose the Futon that was right for me. Delivery was also straightforward - I was able to change the date by simply sending a text and my Futon arrived next day! I have to say, I would have liked the assembly instructions...

Ordered online for pick up at Leeds store. Very easy to park in front of the shop for 20 mins pick up. Helpful staff carried purchase to car. Easy assembly of unit. Delighted with unit.Thank you
