Items ordered were delivered to store for collection on time and the items were easy to build and looked great and exactly as online! Very happy with the purchase they look stunning as narrow bed side tables to fit a small gap which is very hard to find

Initially a small piece of wood arrived broken. Having phoned the company when we unpacked our purchase they responded immediately. A replacement arrived within 2 days…. Amazing & customer service so helpful.

The customer service at The Futon Company in Edinburgh has always been fantastic. I was struggling with back pain from an expensive mattress, but after purchasing one of their futons with a firm side, I've noticed a significant improvement.
