Small household item ordered from Exeter store for London branch due to no in stock in their store at the time. Ordered efficiently with great customer focus and a picked up in London no problem. It fits! About 30 years ago I bought a futon from the company which really did a good job. But it needed replacing and my main worry was if everything was the same dimensions. They are! So I now have a lovely comfortable new futon mattress on a solid old frame. Here's to another 30 years!

Service in the store was helpful in making choices and followed up with making the order for me before the sale finished. The items arrives when promised and are well put together for self assembly.
