The staff I first encountered down in Brighton were very efficient and gave me the right advice about changing my futon for a lighter one. I then dealt with your Manchester office and spoke to James who helped me with my order. Delivery was scheduled on time and I'm very pleased with the product.

Took a long time from order to dispatch although I bought things in sale they weren't dispatched until rest of order was ready by which time some items were unavailable.
