Probably the best customer service experience I've ever experienced.

Easy to make and a great end product.
Solid frame and good quality cover fabric on this comfy sofa bed.
Clear instructions made this a straightforward job for a small middle aged woman! The hardest part was getting the cover on the mattress!

Gorgeous round table. Perfect size for my conservatory and good quality oak. Looks brilliant and very practical. So many dining tables are huge but this one is perfect for one or two people and would still seat 4 if necessary. Very easy to put together and delivered promptly

Cannot fault this Company. Very efficient, delivery within a few days. Kept up to date with time etc. The product we ordered is very high quality, we were so impressed we ordered two more. (Sleepover single futon fold up bed). Very competitively priced too. We can highly recommend.

There were a few issues with the online order and delivery. These were dealt with by Lisa, store manager at the Edinburgh Lothian road shop.

The product was exactly as described. The quality was really good and assembly instructions were clear. Only issue was that the top and bottom sections of the cabinet that I had ordered had the incorrect numbering so I had to take apart and re do. From ordering through to assembly the experience was good. We collected a double sofa bed from the Plymouth store. The person managing the store helped us load the 40kg box into our camper. Excellent , knowledgeable and friendly service at the Bristol shop. Lovely two seater sofa which easily converts into single bed. Very comfortable!
To put it together though was a nightmare….

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.
