Pleasantly surprised at the quality of products purchased as they are for overnight guests so they have somewhere more comfortable to sleep than a blowup bed. The lofa sofa is so comfy and the bed in a bag is perfect for unexpected guests. Very happy that I made the decisio to shop at the futon company.

Okay - info and delivery all good - the coffee table is really nice. It's the stools that got me to bother to write a review. Bought 2 Counta stools from you. I am embarrassed about just how happy I am with them - they are gorgeous.

Had a problem with Futon, popped into store, sent some Photos replacement authorised very quickly.
Replacement arrived within a few days.
The team at York were brilliant as they always are.

What made my experience great? In a word Catherine! Went to the Kingston store on the 22nd October, she was helpful, kind and professional. Had to check I'd be able to get someone to assemble before buying, she printed out the potential bill then helped me later over the phone ,to pay (elderly technophobe!)...

It was good. The delivery however took 2 weeks which seemed like quite a long time but possibly understandable.
I like the product because it is made of cotton not plastic and has recycled materials. So I am grateful for that.

Solid, very good quality storage stool.
This is the first time I have bought anything from the Futon company and i'm happy with the item (Bay Storage Stool). Much better quality that other products at a similar price.

I bought a washing basket but unfortunately the stitches were loose . I have emailed customer service and they sorted out quickly. Hopefully the replacement will be fine as I really like it and it fit perfectly in my laundry room

Ordered on line which was very straight forward. The delivery was quick and securely wrapped . Delighted with the step up stool very neat and ticks away in a corner but very helpful for those higher kitchen shelves .

I have bought two items from Futon; a futon sofa bed and a lamp. I love both of them! The sofa bed looks fabulous, is really comfortable, and fits so well with the rest of my furniture. The staff in both the Plymouth and Guildford branches were so helpful in demonstrating how the sofa went into a bed...
