I bought the Cosy - 3 - Seater Sofa Bed Rubberwood (Soft Top) in the sale. It is principally to be used as a bed in my spare bedroom for when my adult kids visit. It is probably the most comfortable sofa-bed I have ever used. Super comfy as a sofa, equally so as a bed. And exceptional value in the sale!...

Okay - info and delivery all good - the coffee table is really nice. It's the stools that got me to bother to write a review. Bought 2 Counta stools from you. I am embarrassed about just how happy I am with them - they are gorgeous.

Items brought were generally good quality. Where there was a slight fault with one item. The store staff were responsive and helpful to resolve the issue.

Very happy with our futon from this company. It is excellent quality and at a very good price - especially as we got it during a sale. The delivery charge for two men in a van was reasonable too, as we live out in the wilds of west Wales.

Lovely staff at Guildford. Rosie was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The sofa arrived a little later than advised. Also a little more difficult to assemble than advised.
We got there in the end and would suggest a better drawing.

It would be most helpful if the instructions had clear words explaining how to put it together, not just pictures.

I bought a washing basket but unfortunately the stitches were loose . I have emailed customer service and they sorted out quickly. Hopefully the replacement will be fine as I really like it and it fit perfectly in my laundry room

Love the designs and perfect quality! Always wait for a clearance sale to get fair prices (otherwise its an expensive brand). You can purchase at stores and ask to ship home - which is awesome bc you get to try the furniture before buying (and help the local stores to stay in business).
