Rosie in the Guildford store is brilliant. I first bought a table and chairs from her last year and have returned to the branch to buy other items many times since. The service is always excellent, all the staff very knowledgable and the products are really good value for money.

The Lofa Sofa futon was delivered very fast and with care. The item is exactly as described, made of very good materials and super practical. Really helpful staff who took a lot of trouble to go down stairs and find a sample to show me
I was able to make a decision as a direct result of his help and was not what I expected to be choosing when I entered the shop.
Visiting the shop is so much better than ordering directly on line!

We ordered our futon in store and the salespeople were very helpful. The order arrived 5 days later as they promised. All very easy and product seems ideal for our needs.
