The shop was busy, which is always a good sign, the staff were helpful and sorted out our requirements. The delivery price was ridiculously low and the item was delivered in good time and good order.

Humans answer the phone.no musak. Once the phone was not answered but it was end of day and they got back to me with an email within hours (IE out of hours technically)offering to hear more about (a delivery potential snafu mostly me not understanding terms like dispatch etc). Staff in the shop in Ringwood were extremely helpful. Ordered nest of tables sent direct to home. Good delivery price. Well packaged. Regular delivery updates.
I find all the futon range really good value for money Well designed and I like the style.

No issues through out. The bed was easy to put together and very comfy.
