The sales staff were very helpful and efficient. The furniture arrived on schedule. The delivery men carried it to our appointed room without complaint, even though we had a very difficult staircase to negotiate. All in all everything went very well.

We went to the Sheffield branch so we could try the sofas before purchasing. Vivienne was very helpful and informed us if all the information we needed. We went home and made our order. Delivery was great apart from being very early. We were still in bed. I think it would have been good to get a call...

Great furniture and reasonable prices. Helpful to be able to go into their shop in Norwich to view some items before purchasing.
Coul be improved by agreeing a date and time slot with delivery company they use.

This company is a hidden gem. This was the first time I had used them. Their products are first class and well made and they don’t just sell futons! I always go to the Oxford store because the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, with all the sofa and bed combo’s it can get quite confusing and they make it much simpler.

Easy to order - easy to pick up and a very helpful shop assistant in the shop at Guildford. Love the futon cover and cushions - has revived our very old futon!

Shop staff (Sheffield store) were really helpful in guiding me through the options available. But it took me ages to wrangle the futon into its cover on my own, possibly easier if there are two of you!

The two delivery assistants were very helpful and worked well as a team. They had good manners.
If I order from Futon Company in the future I hope the staff will be as good as these two(!)
