The item arrived from the warehouse, with a broken part. I phoned my local store and as,they had an unopened one in stock, we exchanged the part. This saved the hassle of posting the whole piece of furniture back and meant I didn’t have to wait for a replacement.

Very easy transaction and delivery service was great. Receiving a call in the morning giving an approximately delivery time then a 10 minute warning call helps to prepare for delivery. Items were delivered to a room of my choice and not just placed in the property threshold.

Great furniture and reasonable prices. Helpful to be able to go into their shop in Norwich to view some items before purchasing.
Coul be improved by agreeing a date and time slot with delivery company they use.

This company is a hidden gem. This was the first time I had used them. Their products are first class and well made and they don’t just sell futons! The lady in the shop was very helpful. I paid for the furniture and within a few days it was delivered.
