Prompt dispatch and delivery of items. Both the four tray oak caddy and the free-standing loo roll holder were easy to put together and look great in our new downstairs loo. Solid-feeling with a decent heft to them, very happy with my purchase and the service from Futon Co.

We have guest staying over who frequently have laptops with them. Our guest room is too small to contain an ordinary desk, so the drop-leaf console has turned out to be an excellent solution. I’m delighted with it.

Love this company, their products are solid, easy to build, well made and with a great design. I bought two sofa beds from them, leaning cabinets, ledge tables and other stuff. Nicola was helpful, as ever, telling us about various pieces of furniture. We bought an ex-display Hannei (?) open wardrobe which Nicola kindly dismantled and securely packed for us, which made transporting it home much easier.

Went to visit Edinburgh on Saturday, what a very interesting shop! Lovely gifts and very elegant products. I was served by Hayden who kindly gift wrapped my purchase and put in a lovely bag. What a lovely tranquil shopping experience.

Bamboo dining table and chairs are of excellent quality.

What I valued most with Futon Company was their customer service. I wanted to schedule a delivery as close as possible to another delivery and they were willing and able to try & accommodate that. The desk is also exactly as expected and good value for money.
