The Lofa Sofa futon was delivered very fast and with care. The item is exactly as described, made of very good materials and super practical. Went into the store jn Oxford and was served by a very charming store manager . She was patient and friendly explained the different models and fabrics and options.
We ordered online as we couldn’t go back to the store. The range and variety available is great and the furniture is top quality !

Easy to order. Staff were helpful when picking up item (large box) in the town centre so not always easy to park. Item itself was easy to assemble and looks good so far.
