It’s great to be able to see the range of furniture that futon offer in actual shops. Love the simple designs and functionality of the range. Well made. Useful pieces at very affordable prices. Very happy with the floating bedside boxes, picture sleeves and mirror. I will certainly buy more from futon....

The product was exactly as described. The quality was really good and assembly instructions were clear. Only issue was that the top and bottom sections of the cabinet that I had ordered had the incorrect numbering so I had to take apart and re do. The products are minimalist and functional, with small details thoughtfully considered. I got a tatami mat for yoga, a shelf for the hallway, a frame for my poster and even a hot water bottle with fleece—but there’s so much more! Definitely worth having a look if you're after beautiful and practical...

I am very pleased with the side table I ordered - it is just what I needed beside the sofa.i am delighted with the quality. Delivery was quick and I was able to assemble the table fairly easily. There was no tracking however or updated delivery communication and the parcel was left outside my door.

Ordered online for pick up at Leeds store. Very easy to park in front of the shop for 20 mins pick up. Helpful staff carried purchase to car. Easy assembly of unit. Delighted with unit.Thank you

Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.
