Bought a ladder dressing table, which is great quality and is really well designed for a small space. There was a slight defect with the mirror and customer services (Rosie) couldn’t have been more helpful. Sent a replacement out really swiftly and so all resolved very quickly.

Futon could keep the furniture in storage until I was ready to receive it. They added an additional piece of furniture over the phone and sent link for payment instantly. The quality of the items delivered were excellent and the instructions to build them were clear. Delivery service was very good....

We ordered the Oke - 3 Seater Sofa Bed Solid Oak, and it is excellent quality. The delivery was fast and handled brilliantly by two young men to the room of our choosing. What fine experience to deal with the Futon complex from start to finish: it was easy… to find what I needed on the easy-to-navigate website…to place the order…to keep track of the delivery. The products are excellent quality and easy to assemble. Would I order again? Absolutely definitely yes....

I bought the 3 shelf version which is "hip height" Easy to pick up from local shop. Good value & well made ( self assembly with all screws needed !) Nice for my mum to place her flower vase on at Care Home away from radiator !

Great company and great sofa bed. The oke 2 seater sofa bed is comfy, looks brilliant and is fantastic quality. Assembly was not difficult as the instructions were clear. The only thing I will mention is that the sofa bed is heavy to move but that is because it is solid oak. They emailed care and guidance...
