I made a shortlist online. I then visited the Muswell Hill branch. The friendly staff helped me decide which wardrobe had the best features for my situation. The advantage to ordering in the store was that the staff would manage the delivery. They let me know when it arrived and my spouse collected it...

Good quality stuff had a bit of a problem with part of the delivery. Not helped by us being a way when they tried to deliver the missing bit. But we got there.

The assistant in the shop on Finchley Road was really very very helpful. We had a particularly special need for a piece of furniture and he spent time discussing this with us. The delivery itself went extremely smoothly. Jerusalem

I bought a dining table and chairs from the Futon Company and was very impressed so I went back to them for bedside tables and a ladder shelf. Really sturdy and look great. Took a few hours to put all three together but no drama. Would recommend

Bed side table came with missing parts. Contact with customer service was excellent very swift to respond Cambridge store have been great with taking over. Part have been sent out swiftly. Great service. Very happy with the with the product and my experience with customer service and the store.

The furniture is beautifully made, and although it's not as cheap as some others, we feel that we've bought something that will last, and stay attractive.
The staff in the shop were helpful in letting us see exactly what we wanted, including how it opened, and gave us the time we needed to make a decision....

Great quality product (2 Seater Sofa Bed) and exactly what we wanted having researched alternatives.
Very helpful staff in reviewing configuration options (appreciated the flexibility) and a well stocked showroom to help visualise. Ordering and delivery all very smooth. Delighted all round.
