Bought a bed in a bag and carried it across London on the bus..surprisingly lightweight. So I was very pleased that the mattress is very comfortable so definitely good for my granddaughter staying over, and I might use it myself at a festival or two . ????

The products are minimalist and functional, with small details thoughtfully considered. Staff at the Plymouth Futon Shop couldn't have been more helpful in helping me to choose the Futon that was right for me. Delivery was also straightforward - I was able to change the date by simply sending a text and my Futon arrived next day! I have to say, I would have liked the assembly instructions...

Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar.
